This project involved recruiting children, mainly girls, for a children's ballet school. The project was implemented in the largest cities of Kazakhstan. During the project, there were two or three offices, with the cost per application on the website varying within 10%.

The budget was limited by the need to recruit students for the branches, so there was no need for too many sign-ups for trial classes, which were a “hook” for purchasing a basic subscription. In total, we worked for about six months, during which time the ballet schools became a network that already operated in all the largest cities of the country.

A year and a half later, they tried to repeat this in Dubai, which was quite successful, but then I left the project due to excessive workload.
