This project is a product of the pandemic; now more than ever, it is time for delivery, including food delivery. The project was not implemented hastily, but was carefully planned and refined to perfection on a daily basis, so its performance and indicators correspond to the labor costs of the entire team.

The price segment is above average, but thanks to creativity and the coordinated work of all elements that contribute to a positive result, the figures are normal but not perfect. This case is in “live” mode.

The screenshot shows data for several weeks, but the figures are for 4 days at the time the screenshot was taken.

The conversion rate for adding items to the cart fluctuated between 8.3% and 9.1%. The conversion rate from the cart to a completed purchase was 2.2% to 2.7%. The acceptable cost of an order is up to $7, half of which has been achieved, and work is ongoing to reduce financial costs.
